On November 10, 2023, Vladikavkaz became part of the large-scale project "Preventive Shield of the Country". The project was created by the Federation Council together with the NMIC of Therapy and Preventive Medicine with the support of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. It raises public awareness of health issues and methods of preventing the development of various types of diseases.

The event was hosted by Boris Dzhanaev, Chairman of the Government of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, and was attended by doctors and heads of specialized departments from all the republics of the district. The roundtable and meeting focused on the challenges and tasks of primary medical and diagnostic care. Within the framework of the main topic Alexey Altynbaev, co-founder of Polymed prof, demonstrated a digital diagnostic complex based on a compact car, its equipment for mobile diagnostics, talked about methods of express testing and the possibility of telemedicine consultations doctor-doctor to get an expert medical opinion.

"This complex was tested for more than two months on the basis of Polyclinic No. 4 of Vladikavkaz and proved its effectiveness. We give high marks to all the equipment. The medical complex can accommodate about 30 people a day," said Soslan Tebiev, Minister of Health of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.

The Round Table discussed the importance of mobile technologies for increasing the geographical coverage of dispensary and medical care. As well as innovative digital solutions that allow to save all patient data and monitor the dynamics of results. The Ministers of Health of the Republics and Boris Dzhanaev noted their interest in developing this project in the district and increasing the fleet of equipped mobile complexes from Polymed prof.

As a result of the event, such diagnostic centers were also sent to Kabardino-Balkaria to test the solution in local clinics in order to develop further cooperation. The next mobile medical complexes will be sent to Dagestan.

The largest medical congress in the regions of Siberia and the Far East "Healthcare of Siberia" took place from October 17 to 20, 2023. Specialists from 40 cities of Russia annually become guests of the project, and more than 600 pieces of equipment are presented at the exposition.

The business program of the forum included an event led by Andrei Travnikov, Chairman of the Coordination Council of the Interregional Association Siberian Accord (SASS) on Healthcare, Governor of the Novosibirsk Region. The Association was created to coordinate the activities of the regions in order to build interregional, inter-sectoral integration between Siberian territories, as well as to develop the social agenda.

During the meeting, the best practices and proposals for the healthcare system of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation were considered. The development of a platform for digital medicine was discussed as part of the implementation of the federal program "Creation of a unified digital circuit in healthcare based on a unified state information system in healthcare (UGISZ)". The participants of the event, representatives of the healthcare system of the regions, shared their experience in the creation and development of information technology infrastructure.

The discussion was attended by the co-founder of Polymed prof. Alexey Altynbayev presented a mobile clinic equipped for mobile diagnostics. Such a mobile solution can be used, among other things, for medical check-ups. In addition to laboratory and express diagnostics, the complex includes portable devices: X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, ophthalmologic device. It is called human-centered and convenient for use in rural areas or places where access to diagnostics in polyclinics and hospitals is limited. Already during the meeting, the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, the Minister of Health of the Altai Territory and the Deputy Minister of the Krasnoyarsk Territory noted the need for such a complex for territories with low population density. As well as its relevance in terms of increasing the coverage of medical care and medical examination at the level of 70% next year", - says Alexey Altynbayev.

Одна такая мобильная клиника была представлена на выставке и вызвала большой интерес со стороны посетителей. Особенное внимание привлек новый портативный рентген весом 2,4 кг. Высокотехнологичный аппарат делает все виды снимков высокой точности, сопоставимые со стационарным инструментом. Однако, доза облучения минимальная, что позволяет использовать его практически в любых условиях.

Такая мобильная клиника может служить дополнительным инструментом для диспансеризации, позволяющим буквально за несколько часов собрать всю необходимую информацию о пациенте и передать ее врачам для экспертного заключения и расшифровок. Программно-аппаратный комплекс также является частью глобальной федеральной программы «Профилактический щит страны». Проект направлен на раннее выявление заболеваний и популяризацию превентивной медицины.
